Your data and your license
Is my client data safe?
Yes. Your data never trains AI models. Each firm's data is isolated and encrypted, and every AI action is written to an audit trail we verify nightly. We built it this way from day one because legal ethics aren't optional.
Does an attorney review AI output before it goes anywhere?
Drafts, summaries, and matter updates wait in a review queue for your sign-off, and nothing writes back to your case management system until you approve it. Chat, SMS, and voice answer clients in real time, inside limits you set, and every word is logged for you to read back.
Can I control what Albi can access?
Yes. Albi has its own permission model, granted per user, with six confidentiality presets that decide what each person can reach and which work stays on private models.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You own your data. Always. When you cancel we export everything to you, then delete it from our systems and from the services we use to run them. Two things survive: the audit records we are required to keep for seven years, and anything you have placed under a legal hold. You get a signed certificate recording exactly what was deleted.

Connect Clio in one click. Your matters and contacts come across, you choose which documents to bring in, and approved work writes back to Clio as notes, tasks, and communications. No exports, no double entry. Custom integrations are available for other systems.
How long does setup take?
We do the setup with you on a call. We connect your case management system, load what your firm already knows, and walk your team through it. Your own part is one click to authorise Clio. Two things run on their own clock: text messaging waits on carrier approval, which takes a few days, and if you want Albi sending email from your firm's domain or running client pages on it, someone with access to your domain settings adds one record. We give you the exact record and confirm when it is live.
